 1969:
The Company ATMOPLINTIRIA KAI KATHARISTIRIA “ARIZONA” started its business in Famagusta washing the linen of the biggest hotels in town. It was firstly situated in a very small place of 450m². After the tragic 1974 from which the owners became refugees, the company ARIZONA was forced to interrupt its business.

 1979:
In 1979 the business starts operation again under the new name “ARIZONA LAUNDRIES FAMAGUSTA LTD” in the main road of Paralimni – Ayia Napa in a building of 500m².

 1983:
The radical development of the tourist industry, very soon, created new needs and the company extended its buildings to 1,200m², and imported new technology for increasing its production.

 1986:
The company imports the first tunnel washer in Cyprus in replacement of the traditional washer extractors, thus having a better quality washing, saving of soaps, labor and washing time. These savings occurred due to the use of a computer system.

 1990:
Enters in application a long-lasting program of upgrade and extension. |
 1998:
After long and serious studies and meetings with laundries from Germany the company starts the Linen Hire system in Cyprus.

 2000:
The Company “ARIZONA LINEN LTD” is registered and begins operation on the rental system and thus separates the laundry from the hiring. The company proceeds with own imports of linen and undertakes the decoration with table linen and chair covers of various functions.

 2002:
The new building of the company finishes and covers a space of 2,650m², and new modern machinery are imported for better service to the tourist industry.

 2003:
The company becomes a member of the German Laundy Accociation “DOBLEKREIS”, whose scope is the exchange of knowledge and the improvement of its members. |
 2004:
The companies have been certified with the Quality Certificate ISO9001.

The disinfection is introduced during the washing cycle of the linen. |
2007: The first cypriot company granded the Green Globe Global environmental certificate. |
